Need a break from the treadmill, or want a workout that’s easy on the joints? Our aqua aerobics classes are just what you’ve been looking for! Whether you’re after strength and cardio training, flexibility training or a weight management routine, these classes are the perfect fit.

Enjoy the benefits of a full-body workout without the aches and pains at our Therapeutic Aqua Aerobics class. Dive into a surprisingly challenging workout in the Renaud Center’s lazy river (you’ll find it’s really not so lazy!) with a Water Walking class that will really get your heart pumping. Gently build up your cardiovascular health while staying cool in Aqua Fit Beginner. Or, sample one of our other classes available year-round in the warm water of the Renaud Center Natatorium.

Water-based classes are suitable for every age and fitness level. The natural buoyancy of the water takes the pressure off your bones and joints, and the cool water reduces swelling and inflammation. That means you can focus on what’s really important: your workout!

Swimming skills are not required for our aqua aerobics classes, and SilverSneakers pricing is available for eligible members.
